By using Sierra, operated by Meet Sierra LLC ("Sierra", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Sierra is an SMS-based job-search assistant designed primarily to help Spanish- and English-speaking workers find job opportunities in their area. The service operates on the phone number +1 (415) 237-7478. Sierra is informational only: job listings are sourced from public job boards.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.
  • Do not use Sierra to send unlawful, harassing, or spam content.
  • You are responsible for any messaging or data charges from your mobile carrier.
  • Sierra is provided as an informational tool. We do not guarantee employment results.

3. SMS Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)

How to opt in

You enroll in the service by texting the keyword HOLA (or START) to (415) 237-7478. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Sierra (Meet Sierra LLC) about job opportunities and replies to your inquiries.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the volume of relevant job listings. A typical user receives between 3 and 10 messages per week.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Sierra does not charge you for the service, but standard messaging or data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT). You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To re-subscribe, text HOLA or START again.

Help

For help, reply HELP (or AYUDA, INFO).

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than operating the Sierra service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sierra is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any decision you make based on the information Sierra provides, nor for the continued availability of the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

El servicio opera en el número +1 (415) 237-7478. Sierra es solo informativo: los anuncios provienen de bolsas de trabajo públicas.

2. Elegibilidad y uso aceptable

  • Debes tener 18 años o más para usar el servicio.
  • No uses Sierra para enviar contenido ilegal, ofensivo o spam.
  • Eres responsable de los cargos de mensajes y datos de tu operador celular.
  • Sierra se proporciona como herramienta informativa. No garantizamos resultados de empleo.

3. Términos del programa SMS

Cómo inscribirte

Te inscribes al servicio enviando la palabra HOLA (o START) al (415) 237-7478. Al hacerlo, consientes expresamente recibir mensajes de texto de Sierra (Meet Sierra LLC) sobre oportunidades de trabajo y respuestas a tus consultas.

Frecuencia de mensajes

La frecuencia de mensajes varía según tu actividad y el volumen de trabajos relevantes. Un usuario típico recibe entre 3 y 10 mensajes por semana.

Costo

Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Sierra no te cobra por el servicio, pero pueden aplicar tarifas estándar de mensajes o datos de tu operador celular.

Cómo cancelar

Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP (o cualquiera de: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT). Recibirás una confirmación de que has sido cancelado y no recibirás más mensajes. Para volver a inscribirte, envía HOLA o START de nuevo.

Ayuda

Para ayuda, responde HELP (o AYUDA, INFO).

Compartir información móvil. Ninguna información móvil será compartida con terceros ni afiliados con fines de marketing o promocionales. Los datos de inscripción y consentimiento al SMS no serán compartidos con ningún tercero con ningún fin distinto al de operar el servicio Sierra. 4. Limitación de responsabilidad

Sierra se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No somos responsables por decisiones tomadas basadas en la información que Sierra proporciona, ni por la disponibilidad continua del servicio.

5. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. La fecha de "Última actualización" arriba refleja la revisión más reciente. El uso continuado del servicio después de los cambios implica aceptación.
